Blog? What's that??

I use to blog all the time... but since facebook has became so popular... whats the use? Everyone knows where I'm going and what I'm doing. So, why blog? I'm switching this blog to nothing but about the kids...

I'm back... Hopefully

Some of you may or may not know that Matt and I are getting a divorce. Its going to be a long road ahead of us but I think this is what is best for my children and I.

Jaicee has finished her cheer season. She is still loving it. Stephen is still running around and hitting walls. Brian is growing like a weed and starting to become a little boy instead of a baby.

Jaicee starts kindergarten this year and Stephen and Brian will continue to go to Mothers Day Out program down the street.

They have a new awesome nanny named Heather that they love. She does really well with the kids and even helps me out on her days off. She loves them to peices.

Falling Behind....

I have been really slacking on updating my blog. So, I thought I would try and get back into it. Brian's 1st birthday was on Nov 21st. We had a party for him at our house. All of friends and family were here to celebrate with us. We had a really great time. He had no problems eatig his birthday cake as you can see from the pictures. I am working at a foster home with very sick chidren. I work about 48-60 hours a week. I really enjoy working there.

I will do my bestest to start updating this!

Crazy Week

RIP Grandma

You'll live forever in my heart.

Last Friday morning at 6am, I got the call I had been expecting for a while now. They told us that Grandma's liver was shutting down and they gave her a week at the most. I headed to Shreveport as soon as I got off work. She passed away Monday the 7th at 10pm. My life as I know it has been turned upside down. I'm still unemotional about the whole event. I don't think it will hit me until the Holidays. For the rest of my life I will feel as if something is always missing. Atleast she isn't suffering. But how I wished she could have seem my kids become older. She was THE BEST grandma anyone could ask for. I hope I'm atleast half the grandma she was to me. Only those who knew her can only understand what a great loss she is. She is one of the best people in the whole world.

Birthdays and Board Exams

So, I took my state board exam last Monday and found out I passed it on Wed. So, I'm officially a nurse. I have two jobs set up already. One is doing Flu Shots and different places and another is watching a little boy with a g-button on Mon, Tues, Thursday. I'm still open to other jobs, but I'm not going to turn down money right now.

Jaicee and Stephen had their birthday at Boomerangs. It was a pretty cool place. They had a bunch of jump house and slides. They got a lot of toys!! I know they had a great time.

We are about to head up to Mite & Amanda's new house to check it out. They just moved there about a month ago. I will try to update more often but I just get caught up in everyday! Hope everyone is doing well.
